To commemorate this important anniversary, we’ve introduced a series of exciting new features that make our offerings even more special, and we can’t wait to share them with you.
Recently, we were invited to the Milan home of Radio Canale Italia to participate in Storytime, a program dedicated to the stories of local entrepreneurs. To celebrate our 30th anniversary in the best way possible, we treated ourselves to some very special additions, designed to further enhance the culinary experience we offer at Ristorante La Baia.
Homemade Bread: One of the most exciting new features is the arrival of Bruno, our master baker. Every day, Bruno carefully and passionately prepares fresh bread for our service, using a selection of fine flours and artisanal techniques. The result? Fragrant and delicious bread that perfectly complements every dish on our menu.
The New Fish Display and Lobster Tank: For seafood lovers, we’ve introduced a new fish display and a lobster tank that house the freshest catch of the day—a service that’s hard to find around Lake Como. This addition not only ensures the utmost freshness but also adds a touch of elegance and transparency to our restaurant. Now, you can choose the fish that will be prepared just for you, guaranteeing an unparalleled culinary experience.
The New Wine Cellar: for wine enthusiasts, we’ve expanded our cellar with an even richer and more refined selection. The new cellar is a true gem, designed to store the finest labels and offer each bottle in perfect harmony with the flavors of our menu.
