June brings delicious new specialities to Ristorante La Baia!

The Limited Edition menu dedicated to the Journey Around the World ends on June 23rd, but we are excited to share with you two great new additions to our à la carte menu. A table by the beautiful Lake Como is waiting for you!

Chupasciatt® or Lollisciatt®?

First of all, we are thrilled to introduce a fun twist on a Valtellina classic: buckwheat-battered cheese fritters. Is that all? NO! At La Baia, we've taken it a step further. We present to you Chupasciatt (or maybe you prefer Lollisciatt? Let us know your favorite name!)

These delicious bites are now served on a stick for a tasty finger food experience. And that's not all! We've paired them with our exclusive Medeghino®, the Pirate of Musso's salami. Remember, you can only taste them at La Baia. It's a burst of flavors you won't want to miss!

The King of the Lake

The second novelty is for lake fish lovers. We are proud to introduce a dish that celebrates one of the most prized ingredients from Lake Como: the Pike Perch. We present to you The King of the Lake – a pike perch fillet cooked in hazelnut butter, accompanied by grilled king oyster mushrooms and a sophisticated white wine and truffle sauce. A scent that will make you hungry!

This dish combines ingredients from Lombardy’s culinary tradition, enhancing the delicate and tasty meat of the pike perch. It promises to delight your senses and bring a touch of elegance to your dinner.
