The new La Baia's Summer menù
Ready to enjoy the Summer Vibes and the lake view from our tables in Cremia?
The new summer menu was created six-handedly by three of our chefs who wanted to talk about their experience in the kitchen:
Rino, with us since 1994, when Ristorante La Baia® opened, the man who worked for years alongside Chef Ilario, one of the pillars of our restaurant.
Emanuele, the Chef's son, still young and with an incredible thirst for knowledge as well as an endless desire to amaze with new recipes.
Yuri, this season's new entry. Our starter chef is of Peruvian origin and an expert in fish preparations.
Each chef has brought something of himself to these dishes to tell of his own summer emotions in a journey from starter to dessert.
Turbot ceviche, a typical preparation from the Latin countries of South America. Sea urchins, much loved by Rino, with a full-bodied handmade tagliatelle.
The amberjack fillet, with which Lele is known to be in love, with baked artichokes.
Finally, a shared memory from north to south to the south south.
Summer snacks as children, prepared at home by their mothers or grandparents. Cereals, creams, ice cream and then that smell of coffee in the kitchen. Panna cotta makes us become children again as we taste the first spoonful.
Someone cried, moved by rediscovering a flavour they hadn't tasted for a long time, but we won't tell you who.
