AMAZING Spring!
A menu to enjoy the start of the warm season
Spring has finally arrived on Lake Como and we couldn't wait to offer you a menu suited to the season so that you can sit down on the lakeside in Cremia and enjoy some really interesting dishes!
Beautiful season, a view of the lake, and immediately we are in the mood for a nice fish dish! But this is not the key to the special spring menu.
No, the key word here is: AMAZING!
Amazingness in the discovery of textures, surprise in the shapes of the dishes and the positioning of the food. Astonishment for a LEGENDARY novelty that arrives exclusively for the La Baia® Restaurant and that you can only find here!
We'll give you a few details just to whet your appetite.
The starter is fresh, creamy with no less than 80g of Mazara del Vallo red prawn tartare accompanied by a delicate burrata mousse and a special pepper sorbet to refresh the palate. This dish envelops us in its Spring Air.
The first course is full-bodied, with a carpaccio of cuttlefish that almost melts wrapping the ricotta and spinach gnocchi. The combination of flavours surprises and really leaves a mark.... INDELIBLE (watch out for the squid ink sauce!)
Our Fabiano's turbot deserves a DEPLOMA! You will find it soft and crispy accompanied by courgettes in two textures and a savoury caper and lemon sauce.
The Dessert? UNIQUE!
We prepare it with the first liqueur that tells the Legend of Larisoauro with which we have decided to revisit a classic dessert that is really popular!
It will be a real adventure!
