Tasty dishes and bold combinations

Here we are in May!

In the kitchen of Ristorante La Baia, the brigade this time has envisioned a culinary journey, creating an alternative gastronomic experience that accompanies us through the flavors of the world.

We conceived these dishes by drawing on the diverse experiences gained by the chefs over the years at the stoves in different places around the world, where they were able to discover and learn new flavors and traditional preparations, such as Ceviche, or surprising combinations, like Tropical Fruits.

The Limited Edition Menu "Vacanze nel Mondo" for the kitchen brigade represents much more than just a simple selection of dishes. It is a laboratory where creativity and technical mastery can be fully expressed, going beyond the classic preparations of the à la carte menu. Each chef has seized the opportunity to push beyond traditional boundaries, exploring bold and innovative flavor combinations, and utilizing unusual ingredients that we hope will be able to surprise you.

The first step of this culinary adventure is an immersion into the vibrant and intense flavors of Peru with the dish "Viaggio in Perù". Yuri's classic Peruvian dish, the Rombo Ceviche, makes its return.

The journey continues to the Caribbean with "Brezza Tropicale", a first course that captures the lively and refreshing essence of this tropical region. The lime risotto, enriched with fresh fruit and oceanic yellowtail tartare, accompanies the discovery of surprising and stimulating flavor combinations.

For the second course, Fabiano worked on the heart of cod and the foam, creating a dish that celebrates the rich culinary tradition of the Basque Coast.

Finally, we conclude with a "Passeggiata in Giappone". The coconut semifreddo, chocolate cream transforms a Japanese Onigiri into a fresh and tasty dessert: a unique harmonious symphony of flavors.

We hope to surprise you once again by offering an interesting and alternative choice. Taking you on a journey with us as we discover preparations, ingredients, and techniques, we also hope to show you this side of Ristorante La Baia, less traditional but equally hungry for novelty and knowledge.
